The dining experience was incredible. I recommend coming with a group. It was just me and my wife, and there was more food than we could handle. Their beef choices are delicious, and all the side dishes are incredible. Just be warned, food is a bit spicy. There are options if you aren't a fan of the spice. The servers are great as well and will help you with everything you need. Hailey made the experience really fun, and her recommendations hit the spot. If you love Korean or have never eaten it before, this is a must try place.

We walked by while Christmas shopping and saw a family eating at the window. So we popped in and the smell of the food sealed the deal. We chose the three meats (Family style) and were extremely pleased. The appetizers, the pork belly, beef and chicken, were great. We will be back.

Wow! I recently dined at this Korean BBQ restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The service, in particular, was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that we had a fantastic dining experience. It's been too long since I've had Korean BBQ, and this restaurant, along with the exceptional service, made it a truly special night. Highly recommend! ✨

26° day in Colorado springs called for something hot and spicy, and Seoul Korean BBQ hit the spot! I asked the hostess about vegan options and she promptly consulted with the chef. Or server explained everything and was very helpful, offering tips and info. We ordered tofu dolsot (one of two vegan dishes) and pork-bulgogi dolsot, sizzling merrily in a stone pot. It came with 8 different sides of various spiced and picked veggies, and also fish cakes. The glazed Japanese sweet potatoes work sesame and the sea weed salad we're my favorites. You must try this awesome restaurant!

The food was high quality and delicious. The staff was very helpful and patient. The prices are high, but again the quality is good. It’s also the most authentic Korean BBQ I’ve found so far in Colorado Springs.

This is THE PREMIER Korean BBQ spot in the The Springs! Make your way to the shops at Briargate bc this place is 🔥 staff is ultra friendly and was pretty on top things the whole time, didn't really have to wait long for drinks, brought sides put pretty quick etc.....Meat and sauces are on point! My fave was the Korean chimmichurri, but honestly they're all good! My wife's favorite thing was the Mondu(pot stickers)which were extremely crispy and delicious! Also they had a nice selection of sake amd soju, so do yourself a huge favor and hit this place up ASAP!
